He is focus on customer satisfaction, very helpful and easy to talk to. He deserve a raise!!...i didnt meet Phillip Barna butif he is the manager the day I came in, he is great too. i talked to Casey in finance, he is great too!..and Tim who i talked to over the phone is great as well. If Overall your dealerahip is one of the best i've been into. I would recommend your team 100%...Thank you for a great experience!

I have to say this is one of our best experiences buying a car. We have purchased a lot of cars in the last few years.We are also strong supporters of the Niello group and have purchased many cars here. Brandon is very professional and knowledgeable of the product. Very good at explaining the details and making us feel comfortable through the entire process.I made it a point to acknowledge our great experience with him and and the finance member who also assisted through the process. They both did well at explaining all the extra benefits that Niello orders for a long term safe and fun driving experience. We just go through cars often and we were not able to take advantage of these great options. We will certainly keep Niello at our very top of the list as our preferred auto purchase and servicing options.

Sales process was laborious (took 3 hours from time I said I wanted the vehicle I bought). Sales manager was reasonably accommodating in arriving at a trade-in value for my Range Rover. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The professionalism I received from Karan Sood, Bryce and Summy Rayyan was exceptional! I will be seeing this team again in 3 years. Additionally, Casey Shears from the finance department did his best to get me the best deal possible. He is an ACE just like Karan. Went to look for a specific used car they had in stock. The team were kind and nice. As to negotiating for some better deals or perks, that wasn’t great. But the car was still a good deal, even if it was out of our budget.
